Terms of Service

These terms cover the apps and websites operated by Bulalapp ("we", "us"), including Poster, Shorts Factory, Video Builder and Daily (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password safe.

2. What the Services do

Poster lets you plan, prepare and schedule your own videos and posts, and publish them to social accounts that you connect. Our other apps help you produce and organise your own content. We act only on the instructions you give us.

3. Your accounts on other platforms

• You connect your own accounts (for example YouTube, TikTok or Facebook) using each platform's official authorisation flow.
• We only publish what you schedule, at the time you choose.
• You may disconnect any account at any time, from your dashboard or from that platform's own settings. Disconnecting stops all future publishing for that account.
• You must also follow the rules of each platform you connect. Their terms apply to your content in addition to ours.

4. Your content

Your content stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store, process and publish it on your behalf while you use the Services. You confirm that you own or have the rights to everything you upload, including music, images and footage.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Services to publish content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or that breaks the rules of a connected platform. Do not use the Services to post to accounts you do not own or manage, to send spam, or to attempt to access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Beta software

Parts of the Services are in beta. Features can change, break, or be withdrawn, and scheduled publishing may occasionally be delayed or fail. Always check that important posts went out.

7. Fees

The beta is free. If we introduce paid plans, we will say so clearly before you are charged, and you may keep using the free features or stop using the Services.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we need to stop operating a service.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost content, lost income, missed posts, or damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you on this page or by email before it takes effect.
